The collection is comprised of two scrapbooks. One scrapbook includes clippings, pamphlets, and other material from sporting, theatrical and other events at Shortridge High School, Indianapolis (ca. 1930-ca. 1934). Snapshots in the scrapbook include images of Shortridge High School teachers and students. Annotations on certain items indicate that Shortridge High School student Joann Buskirk (b. ca. 1916) may have assembled the material. The second scrapbook, created by an unknown individual, contains matchbook covers from businesses in Indiana and other states.
